new ornaments

Before Christmas i am working on new ornaments.. Yesterday i crocheted these grey glitter ornament balls.. 

Also listed them on my shop available .

the yarn is so lovely ,it looks shiney.. i used mustard yarn  for hanging part.  Also love the mustard and grey combination.

New ornaments are coming .. stay tuned! :D

baby emir

my little nephew is 50days old.. love him a lot.. he is so cute and lovely and he brings lots of joy to ours family..

instagram is a very populer social netwrok that i use.. because of the big love to this website i think about crocheting the icon of instagram..

you can pin it on your shirt,hat,bag... cute and lovely and totally says; "i am an instagrammer"

my neighbour totoro

Totoro is the one of our  favorite character. WE all love it a lot.. I remember that we watched  its cd everynight when my kiddo was 3-4.. 

So heart melting story just like the other Miyazaki's films.. Love them all also..  Because of the big totoro love, i crocheted this totoro and listed on my shop

octobering

sweet fall is passing slowly and now we finally in october.. In september we had the little baby Emir Alim he is so cute and little.. Now i am an aunt and that feeling is so speacial...

In these days i am mostly in instagram.. Love it a lot try to share every my day with the followers.. If you interested my ig id is: sabahnur

nursery door hang

My sister  decided to use the baby boy Emir Alim's name for the door hang. We ordered it from a felt designer . The concept is nautical priate. We loved it a lot.

in september first week my sister will have a baby boy. we are so excited about it for sure and working a lot to celebrate his coming.

in this programme i preape the little favors to give the visitors which will come to hospital and the home to see the baby boy and celebrate the family.

we are thinking to preapare little jars filled by blue and white candies. First i washed all the jars ..

they are all dried and ready . there are about 80 little jars.

This week we will buy candies and fill them. Then we will cut blue gingham fabrics for the top and will tie white ribbons to hold the fabric .Then we will attache  little tags which i ordered from etsy and it should probably be look like this

it is so exciting ,i'll show the result when all done..

Lemonade

                               

The Original reciepe from an amazing blog which is writen by Cenk. 

i love it a lot and had all summer at home. 

While boiling the lemonade i had a helper. heheh check out my daughter's tattoo on her hand of course she is the designer of it.

MINT LEMONADE RECIPE

Ingredients

Yields about 6 cups

• 2 cups Mint Lemon Syrup (recipe below)
• 2 cups cold water
• 2 cups ice cubes
• 1 ¼ cups fresh lemon juice

Method

Stir together all ingredients in a large pitcher, then pour into glasses half-filled with ice.

MINT LEMON SYRUP RECIPE

Ingredients

Yields 2+1/2 cups

• 2 cups packed fresh mint sprigs
• 2 cups water
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• Zest of 3 lemons

Method

1. Bring water, sugar and lemon zest to a boil in a medium saucepan, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
2. Remove from the heat, add the mint, stir to combine, and let stand at room temperature, covered, for 1 hour.
3. Strain the syrup through a sieve into an airtight container, pressing hard on and then discarding the solids.
4. The syrup will keep, covered and chilled, for five days.

a little holiday

at the weekend we went to nearest beach.. on the way beach my daughter draw the scene of sea funs..  hahha. how cute is this..

relaxing,swimming.. altough we spent 2 days it was great. 

Armutlu/Fıstıklı was the beach where we spent our weekend. closer to Istanbul and sweet holiday village.

Before the big and long holiday , it was just great..

We havent feel sun on our bones for a long time.. in a day we had sun then it rained in tunder,blowing winds and lighting..  so weird weather we had lately in Istanbul.. 

And today it is shining,ohh yess.. Today seems to be so colorful so far it was.

My Creative Space

it has been ages that i havent take the needle on my hand and crocheted something.. ( i miss it a lot. it has been almost  1 week that i havent crochet anything-a holiday-.. )

by the some sales and a giveaway ,i have some items to crochet.. first i made a list for myself to make the crocheting progress more happy and cheerful :) also i just draw them for CS reader:)

2 bees, 2 frog coasters, and  3 apple coasters (for giveaway winner)

also i cut out the felt wings for a bee and put it on the drawen bee:) looks so cute up there..

Çemen,Chemen,Turkish Snack

For this morning i preapared this easy chemen... 

 i used some red pepperpaste(also yo can use tomatopaste too). 

1 little garlic,chopped.

1 table spoon black cumin.

a little tyhm

salt,black and red pepper

1table spoon olive oil

mix them all.. it is ready:)
