Süleymaniye Mosque

Last week we visited the Suleymaniye Mosque with sister in law and mother in law. It was a great time to see all the beauty  and legend of it..

The Süleymaniye Mosque is an Ottoman imperial mosque located on the Third Hill of Istanbul, Turkey. It is the largest mosque in the city, and one of the best-known sights of Istanbul.

Gecen hafta herkes evdeyken , Suleymaniye camiine ziyarete gittik. Oldukca guzel ve eglenceli bir gun oldu bizim için. Çıkısta da meshur kurufasulyecilerde karnımızı doyurduk.. Istanbul'a gelip de bu camiiyi görmeden giden bir turist yoktur heralde.. Şanına yakışır ,zaman ötesi bir mimari .. Allah mimarindan tas tasıyanana kadar emegi gecen herkesten razi olsun..

rice pudding and life

My daughter Zeynep Erva is now at 

2nd grade. The schools are in holiday for two weeks and she has to read two books and does her homeworks during this holiday.. Time is not pass easily in these days but i am sure i'll survive! :)

 Unbelieveable but my moms roses are in these shape ,because of the hot days i guess.. I supose roses  thought that  it is spring already :/

I feel like a cat somedays i want to roll on with yarns up and down :) i crocheted three new birds with moustaches they are already listed at the shop here and here and here.

yesterday sister in law came to stay a week at mother in law i cooked quince desert and visited her.

 And today cooked rice pudding Sütlaç for dinner.. It is the second time i have cooked sutlac in my entire life. This time added lemon zest too, not tested yet hope it is delicious!

Şöyle bir özet geçersek şayet, okullar iki haftalık tatilde.. Okunacak kitaplar,ödevlerle ZE ugraşadursun ben de bu kısın ilklerini yapmaya devam ediyorum mutfakta .. Ayva tatlısı yaptım dun ama biraz dibi tuttu yine de kaymakla gayet lezzetli oldu.. Bugün de sütlaç pişirdim bu sefer daha güzel tuttu sanki- ikinci denemem-.. 

Dişçiye randevu aldım yarına, uzun bir maraton beni bekliyor tatil suresince diş sağlığıma da kavuşmayı umuyorum bu arada bir kac dr.a daha gitmem gerekecek ama sırayla inşallah..

Örgülerde son gaz devam etmekte.. üç yeni kus dükkanda yerini aldı. Şimdi bir arkadaşımın isteği doğrultusunda yenilerine başlayacağım..

yesterday's

Cooked okra.. i baught it 2 weeks ago and totally left them refrigater till yesterday. Totally forgot about them also found while looking for some veggies to cook. silly me. Anyway altought 2 weeks older  it was delicious ..

Yesterday also we had rain in Istanbul, suddenly. ZE wore her raincoat and took umbrella and run to the balcony to celebrate it.

And i cooked sp unhle with nutella so delicious it is.. nomm

Eminonu Tour

I live in the asian side of Istanbul. We go to Eminonu with ferry which is the Istanbul's one of beauty.. City lays in two continent Asia an Europe and Mediterraniean Sea spares the city..

Eminönü is a very populer touristic place in Istanbul.. My sister in law visited us and we took them to Eminonu to have some good time.

We got on ferry to went there, 

When you reached the Eminonu the New Mosque meets you there.. You can be feauture on a tourist's photo accidentally :)

And the fish boats are very populer at the shore. You can get your fish in a half bread with salad and onions. Yummy..

it started..

i love winter i love snow so i am very happy right now!

Saturday, i cleaned my kitchen i couldn't cook someting for dinner, thanks a lot to my hubby suggest to go out.

we live in Istanbul,very amazing city.. history,sea,sun... Summer was in the air..

We had a walk along the sea shore,Uskudar. My daughter want to jump the sea:) -i think she need a holiday too-
