Shave the pumpkin and cut in to small pieces. Put them in a pot add some sugar on top and cook till the pumpkins are soft to eat..
Normally i use walnut but there wasnt at home at that time so i use hazelnuts instead. Roasted them
it helps the oils and tastes come out. then smashed them and put them in a jar for next uses..
Tahini and hazelnuts on the top pumpkin desert.. I guess in two days this desert could turn into a chesecake or a filling for a cake or pudding:)
