Baby shower party ideas

We prepared a suprise babyshower party to our friends Merve.. She is about 8 months now .

The party theme was "moustache" So everything had a piece of moustache.. 

The cake the napkins,the gifts..etc..

Everything was delicious and she really  shocked when came to party house. 

Truff

Today i made some yummy truffs.. If you have three days old cakes which are not like the folk of house then you can easily make them:)

what you need is just a bit soure cream.. also i added little dried grapes you can add dried  apricot/ fig walnuts.. etc.

i mixed them all and made little balls covered them with coconut ..

sweet and yummy truffs ..

Also i take a plate truff with me when i visit my friend. she liked them a lot.

also a good idea with Turkish coffee too..

Evdeki uc gunluk keki değerlendirme yolu olarak mini truflar yaptım. Biraz krema ile yumusatıp kucuk yuvarlak toplar yaptım. Kekim kakaolu fındıklıydı biraz da kus uzumu kattım. Çok sirin ve leziz oldu.. Isterseniz siz kayısı,ceviz,incir de eklersiniz.

Supply Store Visit

In our county there are lots of supply stores and i really love to visit the shops and check for whats the new items..

Yesterday i had to chance to visit too and took some photo of craziness in here.

Tuzlu minikler / Little salty crakers

MALZEMELER

150 gr. tereyağ
1 su bardağı zeytinyağ
1 çay bardağı çörek otu
1 yumurta (beyazı içine, sarısı üzerlerine)
1 çay bardağından 1 parmak eksik şeker
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz
1 tatlı kaşığı kırmızı biber
1 tatlı kaşığı mahlep
1 paket kabartma tozu
aldığı kadar un

YAPILIŞI

Bütün malzemeler karıştırılıp bir hamur elde edilir. Hamurdan fındık büyüklüğünde parçalar kopartılarak yuvarlak şekil verilir ve üzerlerine yumurta sarısı sürülür. Yağlı kağıt serilmiş olan fırın tepsisine dizilen kurabiyeler üzerleri kızarıncaya kadar fırında pişirilir.

Little Salty Crackers

150 gr. buttermilk
1 cup olive oil
1/3  cup black cumin seed 
1 egg white ( egg yolk for the top)
1/3 cup sugar  
1/3 table spoon salt  
1/3 t.s red pepper
1 t.s  baking powder
flour 

Mixed them all.. Make little round balls,  with a brush add egg yolk on the top each of balls.

then bake them till  they get browner about 30 min.
